Level of Difficulty: Easy Great for Overindulgence and Digestive disorders Supplies Needed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 cup SoyMilk (can substitute Rice or Almond milk)
  • 1 tsp Honey or Brown Rice syrup
Directions: Gently simmer Water and Nutmeg powder for 5 minutes. Add Soy milk and steep off the heat for another 5 minutes. Strain, add Honey or Brown Rice Syrup Soothing, Relaxing and Calms the Digestive System
