Cayenne Jump-Start

Concentrated Cayenne formula that's great for colds or flu symptoms

Supplies Needed
1 cup freshly brewed chamomile tea
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp horseradish
Add the vinegar, cayenne, ginger & horseradish to the hot chamomile tea.  Cover & let steep for 10 min over very low heat.  Strain.  Bottle in a clean glass bottle with a tight lid. 
DOSE:  1 tsp to 1TBSP in tomato or V-8 juice every 2-4 hours as needed to relieve cold or flu symptoms.
Take the lower dose in the morning to "get going" instead of coffee.
